Refund & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.

3. Refund Process

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Digital products, gift cards, and personal hygiene items are not eligible for return.
